Rhubarb Crisp





Grandma's Rhubarb Crisp

¾ cup sugar
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
4 cups fresh rhubarb cut cross-wise
1 cup uncooked rolled oats (quick or old fashioned)
½ cup firmly packed brown sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ cup butter, melted

Sift sugar, flour and salt, add rhubarb. Toss lightly to mix. Turn in un-greased 8x8 pan. Toss oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
